Why won't a Democrat or an Independent run for county freeholder

Dennis Township - Why won't a Democrat or an Independent run for county freeholder? Has anyone taken a look around lately? From Upper to Cape May, trash is strewn along our pothole-riddled roads. Bridges are in horrible condition, but money is wasted on raising Sea Isle Blvd. The open space fund is used for things other than open space. Rio Grande has been going downhill, and this group thinks that is a good thing. There has to be someone that has more to offer than the five currently sitting on the board. Run and you will see that many of us realize a change is needed.
