Why does the State Police turn their heads to the illegal ATV/ d

Dennis Township - Why does the State Police turn their heads to the illegal ATV/ dirt bike riders near Gravel Hole and Tressler Lane? Where are the parents who let their kids ride through town so recklessly? There are family's finally out walking, some with baby strollers dodging these lawbreakers! I hope when apprehended that these same parents ( sometimes riding with) are fined and procescuted .
