Why are there so many teacher's aides in Dennis Twp. schools?

Dennis Township - Why are there so many teacher's aides in Dennis Twp. schools? A class of four students has a teacher and two aides at one point during the day. That's a waste of money. Placing aides in three or four different areas and creating things for them to do so they have a job. Waste of tax dollars.
