Very disturbing to discover with my kids the body of a dead dog

Dennis Township - Very disturbing to discover with my kids the body of a dead dog dumped in the woods off Beaver Dam. More disturbing that after calling the police and animal control that the body was still there the next weekend. Even more upsetting to find out from the mayor that the body had been there for almost two months! An investigation should have been done to find out two months ago why this poor young dog was dumped there and how she died. Domestic animals should not be dumped like trash. I hope this never happens in Dennis Township again and officials address this incident properly.
