Dennis Township - There are 5,157 registered voters here in DT. In Tuesday’s election, 2,753, so little more than half voted. Not bad, could be better. What’s interesting? Of the 2,753 cast votes, only 1,675 chose to answer the DT School funding/raise our taxes question. Why would so many of you, almost 1K, ignore that question? Thank God over 700 of us voted NO. DT schools and board of Ed? You are failing these kids. Cut the fat from the top, get rid of your hired friends etc and suffer for these kids. No district of 500 kids (on average) needs a Superintendent. The Principle needs to work harder for a change!
