Dennis Township - Thank you Herald for your ongoing coverage of Dennis Township Committee meetings. Now, DT residents can make a good comparison to what officials are doing in other communities and what actions are not happening here. For instance, Woodbine has sent out 69 violations for unkempt properties and secured a "Clean Communities" grant from NJDEP for $8,226 to combat litter in the Borough. Avalon just opened a new environmental nature trail using $25,000 of Open Space funds. We sure do have many unkempt properties, tons of litter, and open space in DT. Why no actions?
