Regarding bulk trash: how can we not leave items out such as ref

Dennis Township - Regarding bulk trash: how can we not leave items out such as refrigerators, washers, and dryers? Are we supposed to plan when these items break down/need to be replaced? Keep them in our houses and haul them to the curb ourselves instead of taking advantage of the delivery people who offer to take out the old? Be realistic folks.
