Dennis Township - The question isn't "should we spend half of the $1 billion cost of replacing bridges between the islands on environmental studies?" The question should be "do we really need those bridges?" Seems like a lot of money to get from Townsend's Inlet to Avalon or Ocean City to Strathmere, especially when people can just drive out to the Parkway (which didn't exist when the original bridges were built) and get anywhere they want.
