Dennis Township - To our candidates running for Dennis Township Committee, what is your position on nuisance noise in our residential communities? In particular, why is DT the only municipality in the county with no such protections for its homeowners and families? All other municipalities have either a decibel or nuisance type noise ordinance. Also, why did UT, which shares a consolidated court costing DT residents over $100,000 per year, enact a nuisance type noise ordinance back in 2010 in which citizens in UT can bring cases into this combined Upper/Dennis Municipal Court but DT residents cannot six years later?
