Once again, the county clerk office's official property transfer

Dennis Township - Once again, the county clerk office's official property transfer list ending April 6, shows Dennis Township in dead last place for the entire county, with just one property sale totaling $80,000. Neighboring Upper and Middle Townships both sold several properties totaling over a million dollars in sales for each municipality. So why is it that similar homes are selling there while nothing sells here? Could it be an image and reputation problem? No wonder many people plan to file tax appeals when our tax bills are revised for 2015.
