Dennis Township - The Oceanview spouter must be a DT public works employee or a family member. No one else that really knows what goes on would ever defend their work habits. Yes, they are allowed to be at the Wawa, but only for two fifteen minute breaks, and one half hour lunch. This is never enforced, as these guys break whenever and wherever they want. As far as them picking up trash and plowing, we get that workers do both. However, that is why they receive overtime. Plow the streets and then pick up the trash. All it takes is some good planning and some workers willing to work.
