Dennis Township - Obviously, the reasons to teach have changed greatly. The appeal of a 9-month job has brought too many into the field. Teachers should speak well of students and work to help them excel. They shouldn't work to break them down and blame the students when they don't teach well. Maybe having five of six primary subjects taught by untenured teachers is a problem. Our kids deserve better, and our taxes pay for more. Where is all the money saved in salaries when experienced teachers are forced out?
