NJ law states bicyclists may "take the lane" if the speed limit

Dennis Township - NJ law states bicyclists may "take the lane" if the speed limit is below 50 mph and there is not enough room for vehicles to pass bicyclists safely. So we are stuck following slowly behind them. I just wish the parent wouldn't blow the stop signs while the young ones follow suit. Way too dangerous for all involved.
