Dennis Township - Is it really worth it to pay overtime to Public Works employees to collect leaves on Saturdays because they cannot get to them during the week? Where does all the free time go from outsourcing the trash collection? Do those 15-minute breaks twice a day (and maybe lunch) also include the 10-15 minutes (or more) travel time each way to convenience stores? I would suggest GPS systems for their vehicles. AwareGPS costs $50 per vehicle for the start-up cost and $20 per month for monitoring by anyone who is authorized, to generate reports, etc.
