Dennis Township - It appears Dennis Twp. schools' new tuition-free preschool lottery selection was not fair to all taxpayers. It is assumed the preschoolers who were already enrolled in the tuition program, automatically got into the tuition-free program, thus, leaving only 16 new spots available for taxpayers who were not already enrolled, to enter into a lottery. Those already enrolled won the lottery without even playing. Lucky.
