I wonder if all the illegal ATVs on the streets in Dennis Townsh

Dennis Township - I wonder if all the illegal ATVs on the streets in Dennis Township would disappear if all ATVs were required by state law to display a registration plate, placard or decal? Wouldn't such a law assist law enforcement to identify owner/operators? What do you think, Team Van Drew? Also, would they still ride if constables were a regular patrol presence on DT streets (assisting State Police) like they were years ago? How about it, Mayor Murphy? How about it voters?
