Dennis Township - I totally agree with the spout that shenanigans involving friends and the politically connected are involved with the Dennis Township Consolidated Land Use Board regarding an end-run around existing zoning limiting the ARC to business offices only, and no commercial weddings to raise funds. The ARC headquarters on SH 47 in South Dennis is located right in the middle of residential and historic zoning. This land use variance would be approved no where else, but Dennis Township is like no place else in terms of how officials manipulate the system for personal gain and not the general welfare.
