Dennis Township - I recently ordered something online and I was missing one of my items that I paid for. I contacted customer service and was asked if I had a "unboxing video of the package" that I received. I told them no I do not. Am I supposed to do this with every online order now? My reply with the customer service person was well do you have a video of the person boxing my order? and their reply was no and then they shipped out the missing item.
