I need someone’s advice.

Dennis Township - I need someone’s advice. I encounter a pick up truck every morning between 430 and 5am Monday through Friday on CR-550 or rt. 9 going south. They drive really slow like 25mph in a 50mph. I have to pass every time or I could be late for work. The man looks like he is on a laptop doing work? He doesn’t swerve.
