Dennis Township - I give myself plenty of time to get to work. I never rush. So read this carefully. Most state laws do not specify how far below the speed limit is legal. They leave that decision to the highway patrol officer, but a good rule of thumb is that it is illegal to drive at a speed so slow that you hold up the normal traffic flow. So driving 25mph in 50mph speed zone with your interior light on and paying more attention to an electronic device than keeping both eyes on the road is illegal. It is called distracted driving. So the driver of this pickup truck deserves multiple traffic violations.
