Trash collection was put out to bid because it was being done poorly in-house. The OV fire company's battle with the fire commissioners has yet to be resolved. What about the complaints of the residents that the local school board is not receptive to their concerns. Bulk trash and lack of enforcement. A fair compromise on ATV riding.
