Dennis Township - Does Dennis Twp. purposely hire women for their municipal workforce in order to keep wages down? If you look at each position held by the women municipal workers in DT, you will find that they are paid below what their counterparts make in every other municipality in Cape May County. The exception is the all male DT public works department where hourly wages and fringe benefits compare favorably with other municipalities.
