Dennis Township is behind the curve with no plan or vision statement about business development. Upper has identified specific items to help it attract new business ratables. They are promoting prominent signage, accentuation of historic sites, development of new bike paths, improving water and sewer infrastructure, filling empty commercial space, and bringing an upscale grocery store and brewery.
