Dennis Township - Dennis Township and Upper Township have similar governments, a shared municipal court, and State Police patrols. Time and time again I read how responsive UT officials are to citizen complaints, while DT does nothing but remain stagnant and stuck in the past. Examples are a UT nuisance noise ordinance adopted in 2010. DT ignores complaints, has nothing on the books, and is the only municipality in CMC without noise protections. Now, UT, like other municipalities, is moving ahead on invasive bamboo as citizens experience destructive growth crossing property lines and damaging foundations.
