Andrejczak is leading the way on farm equipment (tractors, harvesters, etc.) concerning the safety of the motoring public regarding these slow moving vehicles (who have legal rights to share the road). While farm tractors are not a highway safety problem in residential South Dennis, what is a very significant problem are dozens of illegal quads and dirt bikes speeding, doing wheelies, etc., on local streets, county roads, and even state Highway 83. Why sir, are no registration plates and decals mandated to aid law enforcement? Why is highway safety compromised by dangerous ATVs in DT?
