Almost 4 weeks post tropical storm Isaias there is still an enor

Dennis Township - Almost 4 weeks post tropical storm Isaias there is still an enormous amount of debris to be picked up....why? Is this delayed response to storm clean up the new normal from DTPW? I hate to think what the rest of the hurricane season may bring us, not to mention snow removal response this winter on township roads.
