Dennis Township - To all those in Dennis Township complaining that the state police don't do enough about "hooligans:" Do something else besides cry about it in Spout Off! The state police do a great job, and you're right, there are higher priority calls that demand their attention. Stop cowering to kids and stop being afraid of retaliation for calling. You obviously know who they are; walk right up to their doors. It's really sad to see adults afraid of 7-year-olds. The constable we had before didn't do anything.
