Why is Dennis Township still the only municipality in Cape May County with no noise ordinance that would allow for nuisance noise complaints to be heard in municipal court? It is an outrage that Dennis taxpayers fund our combined Upper/Dennis court system. Upper residents can file noise complaints and have troopers address problems because Upper officials responded to complaints and enacted a nuisance noise ordinance over five years ago. Where is Dennis Township Committee on this issue?
