By replacing Al DiCicco, whose sole job has been working for the people of Dennis Township, with Julie DeRose, who has a full-time job and a part-time job already, you are bound to get less. It will take a miracle for DeRose to be as effective and available to the people as DiCicco has been for the last nine years.
