We should have universal free pre school in our public schools for kids and our tax dollars should fund it - We should make universal community college free for all students that graduate from high school on the honor roll and maintain a good grade point average in public community colleges with our tax dollars - we have to give kids that are motivated to succeed a chance to do so - this would be a good way to spend tax dollars.
