Trump's business pattern has been to overspend then declare bankruptcy (6 times according to articles from the Washington Post, Forbes, CNN and other sources). My question is "Who will bail out the US if this new bill bankrupts us?" That's not just rhetoric, I would appreciate a real answer from someone with an economics degree.
