Sorry commenters a real working man will not leave a little earlier for work. If you cannot maintain the speed limit then you should not be driving. I have zero time for the grandmas and grandpas of Cape May county who need to step on the gas/electric pedal a little harder. I will be contacting the police on my next encounter. Thank you everyone for your useless advice.
