Soft on crime is a now popular phrase, however it has been true here in NJ and especially Upper Twp, Woodbine and Dennistownship for years. The police wont enforce the laws because the prosecutor doesn't want complaints if he does the job "harshly" against violators. The police wont act on videos and pictures I show them because the prosecutor says no. He needs replacing and we need law enforcement.
