So the MUA wants to run sewer pipe along Kings Highway in Dennis Twp. Let's look at who the landowners are around that area. One owns multiple properties and is buying up more. Another owns a large parcel of land behind the now defunct lumberyard. The third is actually a group that owns a golf course. My guess is that those who are connected and "in the know" will be cashing out very soon, as developers will be drooling to get their hands on land that will now support high density, low-income housing.
