A note about our cable company, I have been in many places and in a few foreign countries and have never been "throttled" as much as when I'm in my own home in South Jersey, even when in Isla Mujeres Mexico where their internet is light years behind us have I seen such a blatent attempt to slow the communication over the net to satisfy the demand. Maybe they should either reinforce their system or slow their marketing campaign down until they figure it out, but if it doesn't happen before their competition (satellite) finds its place they will have to rely on subsidies.
