It seems like there is a follower of spout off who thinks he knows everything. Like the police cars riding with steady lights so the people can see the police driving down their street. No kidding. So can the criminals blocks away and they go in another direction. Also County roads not plowed and salted. Most of these roads are the emergency evacuation routes. Not only should they be cleared but MUST BE CLEARED. Endangering the public safety.
