Intimidation seems to be a big tactic in trying to suppress homeowners from spouting off about ATVs in Dennis Twp. Two Feb. 3 spouts exemplify this. One spout vilifies a single spouter as the source of the ATV problem, that illegal street riding is almost non-existent, and that this one spouter alone needs to move out of town rather than continue to publicly expose this issue in the Herald. Another spouter indicates that many homeowners want ATVs addressed, but they are afraid to speak out. Safe streets and a law-abiding community will only come with public exposure and NJSP enforcement.
