I wish dog owners would walk their dogs on their own street, or go to a dog park! Thanks to the person walking their dog on my street, my dog ran into the road and was hit by a car! Due to the injuries sustained, my dog had to be put down. Had this person not been walking their dog on my street, my dog would not have run into the road and would still be alive!
