I can't help but notice the many spouts about the lack of code enforcement in Dennis Township. The latest one from South Dennis details overgrown and unsightly properties impacting the ability to sell their house. Prospective buyers see this blight in the community and then look elsewhere. No doubt all of this also lowers the final sales price and the overall property values for every other homeowner in South Dennis. Is all of this the country charm and quaintness others have spouted about, or is it just more irresponsible government giving DT more negativity concerning its reputation?
