As a grandparent of a child who has always needed extra help in school, I was very optimistic when the new position for basic skills supervisor happened. I thought my grandchild would get all the help she needed. Now, it’s June, and my grandchild has barely gotten any extra help at all this year. I am disgusted by this school district, and how administrators just throw the needs of the children to the way side. My older children had wonderful experiences throughout their years at the school. I am sad that this is the reality of education now in Dennis. Definitely pulling her out of DT.
