Their pay is set to jump from $10,000 to $13,000 a year. This computes to a pay rate of over $1,000 an hour for time actually worked. Despite hundreds of spouted complaints coming from all over DT, another spouter states that none of these complaints are ever presented at these meetings, so this is why the mayor just bangs the gavel and everybody goes home. Beyond 23-minute meetings, they are invisible in our neighborhoods. Why?
