A business as usual whitewashing in Dennis Township. To cover up the township’s failure to enact ordinances to protect domestic animals like other surrounding communities, the township is now promoting “Sing for the animals: An old-fashioned hymn sing to benefit the Cape May County Animal Shelter.” It doesn’t do any good to benefit the shelter if an animal doesn’t at least have the opportunity to make it there alive.
