Del Haven - Young man approximately mid to late 20’s, red hair, approximately 5 foot five noted walking up and down street several times snapping photos of houses and cars. After walking up and down several times he was asked what he was doing but didn’t respond and started to walk faster but continued to snap photos. The next morning tire tracks were noted on neighbors lawn in front of mail box. Seemed very suspicious.
