Why do the courts constantly release criminals from jail and set

Del Haven - Why do the courts constantly release criminals from jail and set them up in Rio Grande with food vouchers and housing on our tax dollars? When they have done their time, give them a one-way ticket back where they came from and let their own town deal with them, or make them clean the streets and parks in Cape May with all the trash around to earn what we have to work for every day. Stop giving them handouts. It's not helping!
