Two just sold for under $200,000 in the last two years, because these properties are falling into the bay. Middle keeps robbing the homeowners but won’t help save their properties. This beach erosion leaves little room as horseshoe crab and migrating bird habitat also. Neighboring Lower Twp. is making efforts to preserve their bayside beaches.
