Del Haven - They are making this water hook up mandatory, which is forcing people to get hooked up and pay a quartely bill that they cannot afford , with high price of food and high price of gas who can afford another bill , its impossible. Had to cut back on food and driving as it is, we should not be forced it should be a choice. We should have a choice and not forced to take something we cannot afford.
