Del Haven - Something has to be done about these slum landlords that think they can rent to anyone because they have a guaranteed SSI or welfare check. We have a realtor that has a property on our street in Del Haven that rents out a garage to an older woman that lets her son come and deal drugs out of her place. I have been to the real estate office and he gives you a good story, but he does nothing. The neighbors have been marking down license numbers. It is ruining our way of life because of one house. I don't know how he gets away with renting this place.
