Kelly hates the idea for only one reason, Tim Donohue came up with the Blue Ribbon Challenge. Donohue could cure cancer and Kelly would attack him for putting oncologists out of work. Come on Sam, it's been two years since Donohue defeated you soundly in the Committee race of 2014. Get over it. I'm a Democrat too. But I can give credit where credit is due.
