Del Haven - Our property, and those around us, is well kept, which shows a sign of pride by the neighbors, except for one vacant lot, where the owner allows his buddies to park unused vehicles, RVs and trailers. The town (code inspector) only seems to care if the vehicles are registered, while our property loses value with every vehicle dumped on the lot.
