Del Haven - No Child Left Behind is the rusty nail in our schools and Common Core is the hammer that drives it home. Time to change back to the old ways. We have lowered the bar to suit the less able or motivated and brought everyone down. Our kids know nothing. They even say, past the sixth grade that there is not much learning going on and students rely on calculators. With high salaries being paid out, and the unions pushing their power, nothing is changing, it's just getting worse. It's time to be sensible.
